Ok, so it's 5th January, I am fat and depressed. My daughter has gone back to school, the buttons on my coat are hard to do up, the weather is shite, and we haven't got any money.
Due to a minor accident at the beginning of November, I was unable to attend Fat Club for quite some time.
Am currently 12 stone 2lbs. No more cheese, After Eights, Baileys, and bread, although a little bit of cider is allowed.
